School of Administrative Studies Professor Richard Leblanc was featured in a Hamilton Spectator article titled, “‘It’s time for a change’: Pat Daly finally has some competition in the upcoming municipal election”. The article discusses how there is new competition against long-serving school board trustees in an upcoming municipal election.
“There are institutional advantages to long-serving trustees, such as institutional memory, but there is evidence that beyond 10 years leads to less independence and less innovativeness,” Leblanc said, in the article.
