He has over 35 years of experience in the Ontario electricity industry with Hydro One (retired 2017) and on-going as a senior member of NATO’s Civil Emergency Planning, Industrial Resources & Communications Committee. He is also an occasion professional consultant specializing in risk management, business continuity and emergency management planning.
