Kristina Gaspar
Kristina’s teaching style is interactive. Using in-class discussion of current events, live cases and in-class activities to bring concepts to life, Kristina challenges the class to think critically, and explore the complexities of real situations. She pushes students to think about challenges of implementation, and to consider the ‘so what?’, why things matter. This approach deepens students understanding of the concepts and helps them appreciate the complexities of topics covered.
Kristina is a corporate strategy and mergers and acquisitions professional. Her experience spans from the automotive industry to the energy industry, to the World Trade Organization. She is head of Norval Consulting and has been teaching in the Master of Financial Accountability program at York since 2016.
