Paul Favaro
Paul has taught numerous courses in curriculum design, research methodology, organizational behaviour, and program/policy evaluation. He also conducts numerous professional training workshops and conference presentations in organizational development and evaluation. His teaching approach is student-centered, interactive and collaborative. The main focus of his teaching approach is on putting organizational theory and research into practice.
Throughout his career, Paul has worked as an organizational and research consultant to a wide variety of government ministries, educational and health organizations, charitable foundations and community-based programs. He has a fellowship in the Canadian Evaluation Society and is a Credentialed Evaluator.
