Law & Society Assistant Professor Annie Bunting said in a tweet that she was “honoured & humbled to receive this award in the mail from the Women’s Forum Sierra Leone on behalf of the @CSiWproject & its partners”. The CSiW Project is the Conjugal Slavery in War partnership. It is funded by SSHRC and driven by a commitment to collaborative research on forced marriage in conflict. The award recognized her work in post-war conjugal research on violence against women.
