Anthropology and Indigenous Peoples' Health
Contemporary and historical First Nations and Indigenous health issues are explored from a medical anthropological perspective. Using ethnographies, case studies and media-related resources, and focusing primarily within Canada, students critically analyse the cultural, political, and social contexts of First Nations health and illness.
