Gender & Development

The course presents an overview of gender and development analysis as a framework for considering the role of women in third world development. Consideration of theories and concepts leads to case studies illustrating issues and practices. Prerequisite: Fourth year standing or by permission of the instructor. Students with Third year standing may have access subject to space availability and approval from the Faculty.
