Bianca has been working in the ABA field since 2014, and with her BCBA certification applies her experience and knowledge to supervision, training, and the application of ABA. Since becoming owner of Kid Mechanix, Bianca has been working with social work placement students from York University.

With a personal commitment to long-term development, Bianca has completed additional certifications and trainings, conducted school-wide professional development, worked on multidisciplinary teams, taught part-time at Humber College in the Bachelor of Behavioural Science program, and worked at How to ABA (a platform for professionals working in the field of ABA)
