I have worked for the Department of Family and Community Medicine at the St. Michael’s Hospital for fifteen years.   I graduated from Loyola University with a Masters of Social Work (MSW) in Chicago, Illinois.  I am a member of good standing of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW).  I have worked for years with individuals suffering from the impacts of Childhood Trauma, Adult Trauma, Chronic Pain, Chronic Illness, Emotional Eating, and Mood disorders.  I have supported individuals in both group and individual contexts, as well, helping them to experience relief by facing what is difficult with empathy and humility.
