Ken Sandhu, Deputy Chairperson of the Refugee Appeal Division, was appointed member of the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB) on June 21, 2004 and designated Deputy Chairperson of the Refugee Protection Division on March 5, 2007. On April 5, 2012, Ken Sandhu was designated as the Deputy Chairperson of the Refugee Appeal Division (RAD), effective December 15, 2012. On June 13, 2013, Ken Sandhu assumed the function of interim Chairperson. On January 1, 2015 he reverted back to his position as the Deputy Chairperson of the RAD. He is past Chair of the Ontario Board of Parole.
