Robert Siddall

Robert’s career spanned over 35 years of senior management experience, covering a wide range of strategic and financial functions, in both the private and public sectors. Robert was Chief Financial Officer for both Waterfront Toronto and Metrolinx. He also held the position of Provincial Controller with the Province of Ontario. Robert was also a founding member of the Canadian Chapter of Accounting for Sustainability (A4S) on various boards over his career.

Robert holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto and is a FCPA, FCA. He is an Audit Committee member of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Canada. Throughout his career Robert volunteered with the Public Sector Accounting Board  serving one term as a board member; Chair of the Task Force on Accounting for Financial Instruments; member of two other PSAB Task Forces; member of two CICA/PSAB research studies; a member of CPA Canada’s Business Sustainability Advisory Board and a member of the Public Sector Accounting Board Discussion Group.

Robert continues to bring his passion to teaching, mentoring, sustainability, climate change, natural capital and diversity and inclusion. Issues he believes we’ll continue to be critical to future generations of Canadians.
