Andrew Waters is a Senior Financial Planning Analyst with Financial Planning Division for the City of Toronto, where he supports Corporate Financial Planning, Policy, Financial Reporting and Systems. Andrew has broad experience throughout the City of Toronto both as related to service delivery and geographically working within multiple divisions including 311 Toronto and Park, Forestry and Recreation. He is a graduate of York's Master of Public Policy, Admin and Law (MPPAL) program, and also holds Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Education from York University. He is accredited with professional designations of Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and Ontario College of Teachers Certification (OCT). He is passionate about public services and uses his knowledge and skills through volunteering to support the public good with the Lifesaving Society, City of Toronto Administrative, Professional and Supervisory Association (COTAPSA) and Parent Involvement Advisory Committee (PIAC) of the Toronto District School Board.
