Partner, Public Sector, Deloitte

Andy Potter is a Partner in the Toronto office and is Deloitte Canada’s National Cities Leader. He began his career in the London (UK) office of the Deloitte audit department, before transferring to the Toronto office in 1994. He joined Deloitte Consulting in 1996.

Andy specializes in consulting to the public sector. He is currently Deloitte’s Lead Client Service Partner for the City of Toronto, responsible for all Deloitte’s services to the City. He has worked extensively across the municipal sector in Ontario including the Regions of Peel, Durham and Simcoe.  Andy spent 15 years working across the Ontario Government for many portfolios including Education, Justice, Social Services, Environment and Central Agencies. Through all his work across government, Andy has delivered projects across a variety of disciplines such as business and customer strategy, business analytics, process optimization, program evaluation, business model design, organizational design, shared services, financial management and change management.
