Interim Head of Human Resources, Town of Whitby

A passionate, dedicated, results oriented leader with a key focus in change, innovation and continuous improvement, Dana is currently the Interim Head of Human Resources for the Town of Whitby.  In this role, Dana leads an energetic team of HR professionals who provide guidance and support to Senior Leadership and People Leaders across the organization in all facets of Human Resources.  Throughout her career, Dana has been an energetic contributor to the development, implementation and administration of policies, procedures and programs that foster an engaged workforce.Dana has over fifteen (15) years of municipal sector experience with both the City of Oshawa and the Town of Whitby, thirteen (13) years have been in various roles within Human Resources.
