Morgan Calvert has over 20 years of experience in local government, currently serving as the Chief Administrative Officer for the Township of Adelaide Metcalfe. Dedicated to modernizing local government roles, he actively engages with municipal and provincial agencies, community groups, and businesses to foster positive change. Previously, Morgan held the position of Director of ITS and Special Projects at Middlesex County, where he led various initiatives including intergovernmental relations, community transportation, municipal modernization, and strategic planning. Notably, he established an efficient and effective IT Shared Service model benefiting local municipalities in the County and strategically collaborated across several municipalities to drive various modernization initiatives. Morgan was also the President of a municipal IT association and participated on several boards and committees where he forged partnerships in an effort to drive innovation and reduce redundancy. 

Recognized for his contributions, Morgan has received several awards such as the Award of Excellence from Western University's Local Government Program and the Regena Lerke Distinguished Service Award from MISA Ontario. Committed to continuous learning, he earned a Master of Public Administration from Western University in 2019 and has contributed to notable papers on digital readiness and organizational transformation in Canadian local government.
