Paul Aldunate is Expeditor for the City of Brampton’s Economic Development Office, providing concierge service to investors looking to land or expand in Brampton. Paul also leads the Investment Services Team, which works across all sectors to provide customized assistance, marketing research & analysis, and connections to investors and the development industry. Paul has developed an exceptional municipal background working for the City of Brampton for over 20 years in various roles that saw him lead initiatives in land-use policy, development planning, post-secondary expansion, and downtown revitalization. In the face of increased population growth and becoming the 9th largest City in Canada, unlocking the potential for employment lands to keep pace has been a key priority.

Paul Aldunate is a Registered Professional Planner and holds a Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Queen’s University and a B.A. (Honours) in Geography and Urban Studies from York University.
