Thomas MacPherson is the Manager of Transportation Asset Management at York Region and has extensive experience working in various operational, capital and planning leadership roles. Recently, his focus has been on municipal infrastructure revitalization and improvement programs, with a drive towards improved infrastructure investment planning. Thomas is currently the Industry Chair of the Seneca College Civil Engineering Technology Program Advisory Committee and past Chair of the Municipal Alliance for Connected and Autonomous Vehicles in Ontario. Thomas holds diplomas and degrees from Canada, the United Kingdom and the United States; including an MBA from the University of Liverpool.
