Athletics & Recreation provide programs, services and facilities that foster physical health, wellbeing and community engagement. Programs include Sport Clubs, Intramural Sport, Fitness classes (live and virtual), drop in recreation (squash, basketball, badminton, volleyball, and swimming) and free access to watch your peers compete on behalf of York University through Varsity sport.
Fitness Classes during Covid-19: Fitness classes are currently being run through Zoom. Check Group Classes for schedule and login information.
