- On-demand interactive chat (including text chat and screen sharing/audio via Zoom) staffed weekdays and weekends by York University Libraries
- A consortia of virtual chat and texting service staffed by librarians from most Ontario Universities including York University weekdays during the summer and weekdays and weekends during Fall and Winter terms
- Bookable virtual consultations with subject and data librarians from York University Libraries for one-on-one help with in-depth and complex research questions
- Email and FAQ Service
- Library Workshops, “How-to” Videos and More! Enhance your research skills by attending a library online workshop or by consulting our wide range of online learning resources.
- Citation Station Citation help is available in the Citation Station in the Learning Commons and online
- Subject & Liaison Librarians Find out who your librarian is, they are available to provide you with more subject specific support.
