David Pugh is a Toronto playwright and student studying Psychology at York University. His first
play Saving Copetown won Best Play at the 2019 National Theatre School Festival. Performing
onstage for over six years in various shows, David’s recent involvements include YorkU’s WiBi
Acapella group. For his directing debut, David’s written play Aloe Myself, Very Little is
premiering at YorkU’s playGROUND festival this February. David is excited to be in VCP’s All
Together Now, Festival, and The Radio Plays productions.
