When I think of a woman who should be recognized this International women’s Day, I think of Debra Bisram. She embodies the characteristics of a great leader and works hard to motivate the people and teams she interacts with daily. With a positive and charismatic attitude, working with Debra is always such a pleasure. She is there whenever you need her, provides valuable constructive feedback, and acknowledges the contributions of everyone. Leading by example, Debra encourages her team to provide excellent care and support to the entire LA&PS community. In essence, Debra knows how to make a great team excel because she coaches, engages, and advocates for each employee to develop their unique skillset.
