Rate of Pay: $19.00 - $24.50
Hours: Fall/Winter Up to 15hrs/week Summer: Up to 35hrs/week

Job Purpose:
The Videographer-Photographer is responsible for capturing and editing video and photographic content for marketing initiatives and online course content.
Job Duties:
Under the direction of a permanent staff member, the Videographer-Photographer may be responsible for some of all the following duties:
- Capture video or photographic images to create media content for marketing initiatives or online learning.
- Attend campus events to document and record activities.
- Collaborate with production team to determine content and specifications.
- Support live, multi-camera events such as convocations and townhall presentations.
- Review shooting script, story boards and raw materials prior to scheduled shoot.
- Organize all aspects of photo and video shoots including equipment set up.
- Determine b-roll requirements and capture additional footage or images as needed.
- Brief participants on the purpose and expectations of the video and photo shoots.
- Edit video and photos based on creative direction and brand guidelines.
- Upload finished content to website or social media channels.
- Maintain database of media content for archival purposes.
- Follow relevant guidelines relating to the permissions for photo and video footage.
- Assist with special projects.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Ability to gather and organize a large amount of information.
- Ability to operate, configure, and set up video, photography and other production equipment.
- Knowledge of video and photography techniques.
- Knowledge of post-production practices.
- Proficient in editing software.
