One-day conference to feature leading experts in muscle health
TORONTO, May 22, 2019 – From the role exercise can play in disease and in inflammation, to muscle health in aging, the 10th annual Muscle Health Research Centre’s (MHRC) Muscle Health Awareness Day will bring together leading experts in skeletal and cardiac muscle, metabolism, biomechanics and physiology of muscle health.
The day-long conference at York University’s Keele Campus on Friday, May 24, 2019, will feature researchers from across Ontario.
Organizer Professor David Hood, Canada Research Chair in Cell Physiology and Director of the Muscle Health Research Centre in York University’s Faculty of Health, is available for interviews.
