York University Development Corporation (YUDC) is York University's development partner on the Keele Campus. Their job is to ensure that York's vision is expressed in its land planning: to develop and manage innovative, community-focused and profitable real estate projects and to strengthen partnerships with the University community's many partners, neighbours and all levels of government.

YUDC employees are not employees of the University, but their payroll is managed by the University's Human Resources system.
