Vacation pay is payment in lieu of paid vacation time and is at least four (4%) percent of the employee's gross wages. Employees with five or more years of continuous employment with the employer are entitled to at least six (6%) percent of their gross wages. 

The gross wages on which vacation pay is calculated does not include vacation pay.
