The Law Yearbook of China (English version) is now included among the materials available on the LawInfoChina service.  Currently, the volumes for the years 2002, 2003-2004 and 2006 are available. The Law Yearbook of China is a large, comprehensive and requisite text for students of Chinese law for basic information about the socialist legal system in China and its construction. The Yearbook focuses on legislation and justice in China, with special attention to lawmaking, law enforcement, legal education, and research on theories of legal science. The Yearbook provides reference to both central and local government sectors, so that the content is as complete, accurate and authoritative as possible.
