The full text of the annual Constitutional Cases Conference component of the Supreme Court Law Review (2001-2011) is now available open-access on York University's YorkSpace institutional repository. Working with the native functionality of the YorkSpace platform, the collection can easily be browsed and articles retrieved by Issue, Author or Title. The entire collection is searchable by full text or by author, title, abstract or indexed terms, and the full text of all articles is available in PDF format.

Until now, the Supreme Court Law Review has not been available in any electronic format. This advance will be a great boon to legal researchers and real step forward for Osgoode Hall Law School and open access to legal scholarship.
