We now have access to the the American Indian Law Collection on HeinOnline.Since the American Revolution, American Indian law has evolved into a complex web of treaties, federal statutes and regulations, federal case law, tribal codes, constitutions, and jurisprudence. This collection contains an expansive selection of titles unique to American Indian law with over 800 titles and 750,000 pages of materials,including:

The collection includes complete, edited legislative histories or relevant legislation; full-text native constitutions, acts and by-laws; and a broad selection of secondary and reference materials relating to American native and tribal law. This collection is a major addition to the already outstanding collection of aboriginal legal materials already available both in the Osgoode Library and York University Libraries.
