On July 6, 2023, the RACER platform was discontinued.

All requests for books, book chapters, and articles that are not available in York University Libraries' collection can now be made directly within the Omni library catalogue.

The new change creates a more streamlined process and allows users to monitor the status of their request, renew interlibrary loan books, and receive digital files all under their library account.
