The scope and coverage of the CriminalSource® module on Westlaw Canada have been considerbly expanded by the addition of the full text of the complete Canadian Criminal Cases (the CCCs). The collection includes the full text of all cases reported in all series of the CCCs, including all headnotes and critical apparatus, from 1898 to the present. With the addition of this content, CriminalSource® offers a comprehensive Canadian criminal case law collection with every significant Canadian criminal case reported since the early 1800s.

The complete Canadian Criminal Cases continue also to be available on the Criminal Spectrum and BestCase services from the former Canada Law Book (now Carswell). From these sources, it is possible to access and print PDF versions of every case, scanned from the print volumes. Unfortunately, the PDF print version is not an option on Westlaw Canada.
