The Osgoode Hall Law School Library is committed to the principles of open access in scholarly publishing visibly represented by its open access institutional repository, the Osgoode Digital Commons (ODC). Established in 2014, the ODC is the only faculty-specific repository in Canada. The Digital Commons captures, preserves, and advances the intellectual output of Osgoode Hall Law School. Osgoode Digital Commons enhances the Law School’s presence on a global stage, showcasing faculty research, scholarship and publications, journals and research centers output. The library proudly supports and promotes Osgoode faculty’s scholarly excellence within an open-access framework.
Maggie Tadros, Digital Scholarship Librarian at Osgoode Hall Law Library, lead the redesign of the front facing website of Osgoode Digital Commons (ODC), the institutional repository of Osgoode Hall Law School. Recognizing the need for a fresh, accessible, and modern look, she collaborated with Osgoode External Communications and York’s branding teams to bring this vision to life. Maggie consulted with Library colleagues on accessibility, ensuring the new design was inclusive and easy to navigate. Thank you, Maggie, for your enormous contribution to Osgoode Hall Law Library!
