As reported in Y-File this morning the summary report for the Expert Meeting on Corporate Law and Human Rights: Opportunities and Challenges of Using Corporate Law to Encourage Corporations to Respect Human Rights is now available. This event, hosted by Osgoode Hall Law School, took place in November of 2009 at the Osgoode Professional Development Centre.
