Today marks the 223rd anniversary of the signing of the United States Constitution, signed September 17, 1787 at the Philadelphia Convention. In the spirit of Constitution Day 2010, we'd like to remind you of the new World Constitutions Illustrated collection on HeinOnline. Introduced just this past April, World Constitutions Illustrated has been growing substantially and is continuing on the path of becoming the world's greatest collection of constitutions and constitutional resources.
