We are dedicated to exploring and promoting innovate research with a view to expanding our scope of knowledge, enhancing justice services, empowering the legal profession, and promoting accessibility and inclusivity in dispute resolution. We envision a future where conflict is understood, managed and, where possible avoided, and where disputes are resolved through innovative, equitable processes, leading to a more just and peaceful society. Inspired by the legacy of former Chief Justice Warren Winkler, we aim to set the standard in justice innovation, promoting local and global reforms and enabling communities to achieve fair and effective legal solutions.
