Additional opportunities
Courses in English
Programs at partner institutions are mainly offered in French. However, you may find full-year, semester or short programs taught in English, as well as courses specifically designed for international students and courses of French language at each of the partner institutions.
Here is a summary of the courses in English and French as a second language available for exchange students at partner institutions.
For detailed lists, please check our Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Universities pages.
Engineering students
Engineering students may participate in one of the three ORA programs (Exchange, Summer Research, Summer Language) and receive the associated scholarship. They may also participate in one of the programs offered by one of the 6 partner Engineering schools, such as internships and summer schools, by directly applying to the partner institution (no application to ORA). Although these individual programs do not include an ORA scholarship, they provide a variety of opportunities to Engineering students, in terms of type of experience, field of study, time and duration of mobility, language of teaching…
For more information, please download the ORA Engineering programs brochure.
Entrepreneurship
The partner institutions in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes have incubators of student businesses. Students who take part in the ORA Program and who are interested by entrepreneurship may contact them and learn about best practices or take part in a workshop.
