The next phase of the QUAD development will be underway this coming summer. As a result, permit parking space will be reduced and limited in the south area of campus. Considering these developments, as of Sept. 1, 2024, Assiniboine and Passy residents will be given priority to purchase permits in the Passy Crescent lot on a first-come, first-served basis. A maximum of two spaces will be sold per unit, based on availability. Fall/Winter permits for the Passy Crescent Lot will be available for sale online starting Aug. 12, 2024.
You must be identified with Housing Services to qualify for a space in the lot. Once you apply online, Parking Services will verify your information with Housing to confirm. If you apply and you do not meet the requirements, your request will be denied, and you will be required to make another lot selection or have your permit refunded.
Space may become available in the lot on a first-come, first-served basis, after the Fall Reading Week Occupancy Reports are submitted and reviewed. Please check with Parking Services for availability.
