Parking Services has implemented a new on-line ordering system for guest and event parking requests. When planning an event on campus, Parking Services should be one of your first points of contact. We are here to help ensure that all guests have a positive campus experience.

Please select an option below, complete the required form, and submit your order.  You will receive a copy of your request via email and we will follow up with you within 2 business days.

Want to provide a pre-paid parking experience for your guest(s)? You can order HONK promo codes in advance of your upcoming event.

For orders in excess of 20 promo codes, please complete an Event Parking Intake Request Form.

HONK Promo Code Instructions

Information for guests:

  1. Download the HonkMobile App from your device’s App Store or Google Play
  2. Set up your free account

When you arrive at Keele campus you will open the App and follow these instructions:

**Please Note:  Promo codes must be redeemed prior to leaving your vehicle unattended in the facility**

  1. Promo Codes are issued for a particular garage, choose your location/zone below that matches your promo code:
    • Arboretum Parking Garage – Zone #7726
    • York Lanes Parking Garage – Zone #7727 - **Daily parking section only**
    • Student Services Parking Garage – Zone # 7728
  2. Select the amount of time for your stay (hint: it’s safest to select the daily max)
  3. Follow the prompts to login or sign up for a HONK account - you will need an email address, mobile phone number and your license plate. You will not require a payment method, as your promo code provides you with complimentary parking
  4. Once you are logged in, you will be directed back to the checkout page for the time and date you had selected - please ensure that your license plate number is correct.
  5. In order to receive complimentary parking, click Add Promo and enter your promo code. Click Apply.
  6. Click ‘Park for Free’ and you’re all set!
  7. You will receive an email receipt within minutes of your purchase, and your parking session details can always be found in the menu under ‘sessions’ and ‘receipts’
