Individuals eligible to apply for the Travel Visa® card include full-time appointed academic, professional, and managerial staff, who are required to travel regularly on behalf of the University. All other full-time employees (not listed above) who require a Travel Visa® card will require approval of the AVP Finance & CFO or the responsible vice-president.
Travel Visa® card applications must be approved by the following individuals:
One of the following individuals:
- executive officer
- dean/principal or designated associate dean/principal
- AVP Finance & CFO
- vice-president or designated associate vice president
- president
and
- director of Procurement Services
How to Apply
- Read and complete the Travel and Expense Card Application & Cardholder Agreement (PDF)
- Obtain the signature of the Approver, as listed above
- Forward the completed forms to Procurement Operations (tecard@yorku.ca) for processing
- Attend the mandatory monthly training session to receive your Travel Visa® card
