My research area mainly includes:
Mathematical modelling of biological, epidemiological, ecological and chemical processes:
Application differential equations in modelling real-world problems; Data analysis using Python; Machine learning algorithm in modelling and predicting infectious diseases; Neural ordinary differential equations. This includes:
- Neural ordinary differential equations, Neural Networks as solutions of differential equations and application to
- biomathematics,
- Modelling and analyzing the impact of climate change on infectious diseases,
- Singular perturbation theory applied to multiscale epidemiological models,
- Mathematical immunology: including modelling of cellular level dynamics of parasites, viruses and interaction with the immune system,
- One-health modelling approach to zoonotic diseases,
- Viscosity solutions of Hamilton-Jacobi equations type equations
