Graduate Student Association Lounge

Calling all workers! The Global Labour Research Centre and the Work and Labour Studies Program have partnered to present an interactive workshop on the Employment Standards Act. We will be covering the Act itself as well as other information relevant to workers such as a segment of the Human Rights Code as well as free legal resources in the GTA. Feel like your boss is being unfair? Come on out and learn what your rights are. Curious about labour law in Ontario in the wake of the CUPE strike and Ford invoking the notwithstanding clause?
