Commercialization

Entrepreneurship
York’s entrepreneurship and innovation hub, YSpace, offers comprehensive support for prospective and current entrepreneurs from ideation to scale. Through dedicated programming, customized mentorship, access to funding, and an expansive network YSpace supports diverse groups including women and black-led businesses and sectors such as technology and agrifood.
Knowledge Mobilization Unit
The Knowledge Mobilization (KMb) unit is a national and international leader in the higher education sector, and offers a suite of activities that create connections between researchers and community and government organizations. We also provide resources and training to teach researchers how to develop and implement knowledge mobilization strategies.
