Our aim at the Institute for Technoscience & Society (ITS) is assist members in the pursuit of their research, collaboration, and publishing goals. Research Grant Administration Support
- Members can notify ITS of their research grants they will be running through ITS using the ITS Research Grant Administration Support Form
- Members can also use the form to inform ITS what they need assistance with for example, pay an RA, event support.
- All requests must be research related.
- All requests will be sent to research accounting for approval before ITS provides the requested support.

Listservs
- Connecting with researchers and stakeholders is important.
- ITS members are included in our own listserv (“technoscience@yorku.ca”); please feel free to send materials directly to this list.
- We also maintain a Canada-wide listserv (“canadiansts@yorku.ca”) for people interested in the social study of science, technology, and innovation (broadly conceived); anyone can join this list – see here.

- We are home to the Technoscience & Society Book Series published by University of Toronto Press and edited by Kean Birch.
Graduate Program
- York is home to one of the largest and most diverse science and technology studies (STS) graduate programs in the world.
- If you are interested in doing an MA or PhD in areas covered by the ITS, then you might want to consider applying to the STS graduate program.
Grants Database
- ITS members have a wealth of experience applying for research grants.
- We are building a database of successful research grants for our members to draw on when developing their own proposals.
