I hereby grant permission to the One WATER Institute to publish, distribute, and publicly display my submitted video across its official platforms and communication channels. This may include, but is not limited to, websites, social media, digital newsletters, public presentations, and other promotional or educational materials.

I understand and acknowledge that this permission is given voluntarily and without expectation of compensation, and that I relinquish any rights or claims related to the use of the video across these platforms.

By submitting this form, I agree to the following terms:

• Permission to Publish: I authorize the One WATER Institute to share, display, and distribute my submitted video for institutional, educational, and promotional purposes.
• No Rights or Claims: I understand that I will not retain any rights or control over the video once it is published and waive any claims to compensation, royalties, or future control regarding its use.
• Intended Use: The video may be used across a variety of platforms and formats in alignment with the Institute’s mission and objectives. Any usage outside this scope will require additional written consent.
• Ownership & Rights: I confirm that I am the original creator of the video, or that I have obtained all necessary rights and permissions for any third-party content included (such as music, images, or voice recordings).
• Revocation of Consent: I understand that if I wish to revoke this permission, I must make a written request to onewater@yorku.ca. I acknowledge, however, that such revocation does not guarantee the removal of content that has already been published or distributed.
