2012-13 Odessa Prize for the Study of Canada

Announcement of prize competition for the best essay written by a FOURTH-YEAR STUDENT on a topic relevant to the study of Canada (for instance, Canadian History, Politics, Society, Culture, Literature, or Fine Arts) in the academic year 2012-2013.

Award value   $1,000

Submission process:

Faculty are invited to submit one essay with a short covering letter explaining the context in which the work was written.

Deadlines for submission are 10 January 2013 for first-term essays and 20 April 2013 for second-term essays. Submissions  will be adjudicated by a Committee formed by the Robarts Centre for Canadian Studies, and the prize winner will be announced in May 2013.

Hardcopy submissions (one copy) should be sent to:
