We are very excited to announce the relaunch of the Odessa Prize for the Study of Canada. The Odessa Prize is a major award ($1000!) given to the best paper on a Canadian topic in a fourth-year course (the paper can be written in English or French).

Faculty members are invited to submit one essay on behalf of a student, with a short covering letter explaining the context in which the work was written. The deadline for fall term courses is Jan. 25. The deadline for winter and year-long courses is May 3. All submissions should be sent to robarts@yorku.ca.
