Philippine and Chinese Geo-Political Interests Related to the South China Sea was the focus of an early October talk by Rommel Gavieta. Dr. Gavieta, a YCAR Research Associate, has 29 years of project experience in economic, market, project and geo-political risk management in the area of infrastructure development in the Southeast Asian region.
