Generative AI is everywhere around us! In today’s fast-paced business world, organizations face challenges that require innovative solutions. Sales teams often struggle with lead qualification, resulting in missed opportunities, while customer service teams deal with high call volumes, leading to longer handling times and decreased satisfaction.
