Mi-Hee Lim is a visiting scholar at the York Centre for Asian Research (YCAR) and associate professor in the College of Business at Myongji University in South Korea. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management as well as a Master's and PhD in Management Engineering from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST). Her research area lies in corporate governance, encompassing Korean business groups and female leadership, as well as sustainability issues such as corporate social responsibility (CSR) and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices.
