Sachin Wanniarachchi is an MA student at York University’s Applied Linguistics program. He received his BA from the University of Peradeniya in 2016. He has seven years of working experience in two state universities in Sri Lanka. His current research interests are ethnocentrism, language myths, second language acquisition and dominant ideologies.
