Sanjukta Banerjee teaches in the School of Translation, Glendon College, York University and the Graduate Program in Communication and Culture, Toronto Metropolitan University. She holds a PhD in Humanities from York University. Sanjukta’s research lies at the nexus of translation, multilingualism, travel writing, mobility and knowledge production. Her most recent work has been published in the anthologies Negotiating Linguistic Plurality Translation and Multilingualism in Canada and Beyond (McGill-Queen’s University Press 2022) and A Multilingual Nation: Translation and Language Dynamic in India (Oxford University Press 2018).
